Resolution Designating Municipal State Aid Streets
Part of Niagara Lane/9th Avenue/Shenandoah Lane from Gleason Road to CSAH 6
Part of Shenandoah
Lane/18th Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Niagara Lane
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal
State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows,
to-wit:
Extension of Niagara Lane/9th Avenue/Shenandoah Lane from Gleason Road to CSAH 6
Shenandoah Lane/18th Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Niagara Lane
be, and hereby are established,
located, and designated Municipal State Aid streets of the City of Plymouth subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said roads or portions thereof, that the same be constructed, improved,
and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets.
