A RESOLUTION TO
TERMINATE THE ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR
CARLSON CENTER 12T" ADDITION
WHEREAS, a request has been received to terminate the Assessment Agreement, dated February
13, 1995 and recorded on September 29, 1995 as Document Number 26406470 in the office of the
Registrar of Titles of Hennepin County between Carlson Center Land Limited Partnership II, a Minnesota
Limited Partnership and the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the traffic signal was installed in 2001 and the assessment to Carlson Center 12th has
been paid in fill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The assessment agreement for Carlson Center 12th Addition has
been satisfied and is hereby terminated.
