RESOLUTION No. 2012-364
A RESOLUTION TO
APPROVE COMMENTS TO THE
SHINGLE CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION ON THE
DRAFT THIRD GENERATION WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the SCWMC began developing their Third Generation Watershed Management
Plan in 2010; and
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2011, the City Council designated the Environmental Quality
Committee to review and provide comments on the draft Third Generation Watershed Management
Plan; and
WHEREAS, on October 8, 2012, the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commission
submitted to the City for formal review and comments the draft Third Generation Watershed
Management Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Staff comments to the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commission on the draft Third
Generation Watershed Management Plan are hereby approved.
2. Staff is directed to forward the comments to the Shingle Creek Watershed Management
Commission.
