RESOLUTION No. 2012-359
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT EXTENSION FOR CLEANING SERVICES
AND HVAC MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
WHEREAS, in 2010, contracts were negotiated with Fidelity Building Services for
cleaning services and Owens Mechanical for HVAC maintenance; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the performance of each company has found the
performance of the companies to be satisfactory; and
WHEREAS, staff has negotiated two year contract extensions with both with no increase
in fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that contract extensions are approved with Fidelity
Building Services for cleaning services and with Owens Mechanical for HVAC maintenance
and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreements.
