Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2012-357CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2012-357 A RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN SILVERTHORNE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, an easement has been prepared between the City and the Silverthorne Homeowner's Association, owners of the common area which is legally described as Outlot C, Silverthorne; and WHEREAS, said Easement Agreement has been signed by the Silverthorne Homeowner's Association and it is recommended for acceptance by the City Council; and WHEREAS, recording of the easement shall constitute accepting the Silverthorne private utilities in accordance with City Policy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the easement for the common area which is legally described as Outlot C, Silverthorne, is accepted. Approved this 11th day of December, 2012.
