RESOLUTION No. 2012-353
A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2013 TARGET AND TRAP SHOOT LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH GUN CLUB
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Gun Club has submitted an application for a target and trap shoot
license for the premises at 4955 Holly Lane; and
WHEREAS, the hours for the Plymouth Gun Club are:
Tuesdays: Noon to dark
Wednesdays: 11 a.m. to dark
Thursdays: 3 p.m. to dark
Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHEREAS, all license fees have been paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a target and trap shoot license is hereby approved
for the Plymouth Gun Club, 4955 Holly Lane, for the period January 1, 2013, through December
31, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff notify the Plymouth Gun Club that any future
license will be contingent on update and review of the lead decontamination mitigation plan.
Approved this 11th day of December, 2012.
