RESOLUTION 2012-348
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE
WESTHEALTH CAMPUS LOCATED AT 3005 CAMPUS DRIVE (2012085)
WHEREAS, Visual Communications. has requested approval of a PUD (planned unit
development) amendment to replace the signage for the WestHealth campus located at 3005
Campus Drive, legally described as
Lot 2, Block 1, West Suburban Health Campus Third Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Visual Communications for a PUD amendment to allow a replacement signage plan for the
WestHealth campus located at 3005 Campus Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1. A PUD amendment for a replacement signage plan is approved in accordance with the
application and plans received by the city on October 5 and 30, 2012, except as may be
amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to installation of any signage, the applicant shall obtain all applicable sign permits.
