RESOLUTION No. 2012-336
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFYING THE
LOCAL RESULTS OF THE
NOVEMBER 6 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on November 6, 2012; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the local government body shall canvass the returns
and declare the results of the election within seven days,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council
that the results are certified and declared to be the official local results of the General
Election conducted on November 6, 2012:
