A RESOLUTION APPROVING
AGREEMENT WITH MIDWEST COCA-COLA BOTTLING COMPANY
WHEREAS, City of Plymouth has an agreement with Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company to
exclusively provide Coke products at the Plymouth Ice Center, and
WHEREAS, the 2012 agreement with Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a 10 -year
agreement (2012-2022), that will pay the Ice Center $3,000 per year, totaling $30,000.
WHEREAS, the Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company will also provide a price reduction
for concession stand products that will create an additional $3,000 — 4,000 per year in
concession revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the agreement between the City of Plymouth and Midwest
Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hereby approved.
