RESOLUTION No. 2012-329
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF HOPKINS
POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR WIRELESS SERVER ACCESS AND
RECORDS MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has its own NetMotion server and Records Management
Server; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth desires to enter into an agreement for services with the City of
Hopkins Police Department to allow access to the City's NetMotion and Records Management
Server; and
WHEREAS, in exchange for this service, Hopkins will share the costs of Plymouth's
NetMotion and Records Management Server;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA adopt the resolution authorizing the City to enter into an
agreement to provide the Hopkins Police Department access to the Plymouth's NetMotion Server and
Records Management Server.
