RESOLUTION No. 2012-324
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR THE WELL NO. 17 PUMPING FACILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 10024
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Well No. 17 Pumping
Facility, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears Rice Lake Constriction Group, of Deerwood, Minnesota
is the lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City
Officials are herby authorized and directed to enter into contract for the bid with Rice
Lake Constriction Group, of Deerwood, Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the Well No. 17 Pumping Facility according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount
of $555,440.00.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this
project shall be from the Water in the amount of $700,000.00.
