Resolution Approving the Purchase of
One New Current Model Fire Engine/Pumper
and Miscellaneous Equipment
WHEREAS, City staff had approval
to prepare specifications and utilized the Houston-Galveston Area Purchasing Consortium (HGAC), to solicit bids for a fire engine /pumper and miscellaneous equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids
were sent to HGAC purchasing consortium manufactures; and
WHEREAS, ROSENBAUER met all specifications and was the lowest bidder for $471,947 plus $2,360 for 100% performance bond for
a total expenditure of $474,307.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that they approve the purchase of one new current
model fire engine/pumper and miscellaneous equipment from Rosenbauer America for a delivered price of $474,307.00 is hereby approved.

of March, 2015
