Resolution No. 2015-061
Resolution Approving Exception from Section 2005.13 of the
City Code for an Event at the Hilde Performance Center
WHEREAS, per Section 2005.13,
Subd. C of the City Code, liquor possession, sale, or consumption of liquor at the Hilde Performance Center is prohibited unless authorized by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, an
event is planned at the Hilde Performance Center on August 21, 2015 where liquor sales and consumption are desired,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exception from Section 2005.13, Subd. C is hereby approved for an event to be held on August 21, 2015.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day
of March, 2015.
