Resolution Approving Joint Powers Agreement
with Independent School District 284 for November Election
WHEREAS, on February 24, 2014, the
City provided election services per joint powers agreement with Independent School District 284; and
WHEREAS, Independent School District 284 has requested a joint powers agreement
for election services for their November 3, 2015 Election; and
WHEREAS, this agreement designates the City of Plymouth to perform the statutory duties of the School District Clerk;
and
WHEREAS, this type of arrangement is advantageous for both parties and residents/registered voters,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the joint powers agreement with Independent School District 284 for Election Services for the November 3, 2015 Election is hereby approved.

on this 10th day of March, 2015.
