RESOLUTION No. 2012-304
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE APPLICATION OF
WAYZATA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION FOR LUCKY 13
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Wayzata Hockey Association to
conduct lawful gambling at Lucky 13, 3000 Harbor Lane; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and establishment have met the criteria that have been established per
Sections 1105 and 1211 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it hereby approves the application of the Wayzata Youth
Hockey Association to conduct lawfid gambling at Lucky 13, 3000 Harbor Lane.
