Chambers of the City of Plymouth.;
COUNCIL PRESENT: Patricia Hoyt, Marvin Seibold, John Spaeth, and Mayor Hunt.
COURCIL ABMT: Garry Neils.
MUSERSPRESENT Alan Grass, Barbara Edwards: Jams Gomei, games RICO, Dorothy
Terry, Batty Threinen and Robert Troemel..
MiPlERS ABSENT: Marin Gotten, Chairman Dick Williams.

and Marvin Gotten have resigned from the Cowaissior;. Replacamearts and appointments
will be made in January to be effective February 1, 1979.

discussed by Council. CoWssion and staff. Decision mrade that Mayor and City
tanager along with Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission representatives will
meet with School District 284 representatives and Board Chainmen to atteaot to
negotiate a purchase agreement With the following points:
1) Acquire at current mrrket value..
2) Delete a timline for development..
3) Negotiate scheduled use.
4) Funds for development to. be with a bored, referandw and if unsuccessful, land
is not wanted by tele. City. `

future by being reactive to meds. Manager Willis indicated that the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission memos to work on the Parks CIP alement in the Spring -
Summer.. Mayor Hunt recaped the development and usages of the Paries Aadicatlon Fund..
The Council:Momibers stated that, they would prefer to acquire 14nd through the Parts
Dedication fund and to develop, sites with a referendum.
Council recowwandad that the Parts and Recreation Advisory Commission consider
Q10 several sites as acquisition priorities.
1) A site -near Minneapolis Workhouse property north of County Road 6 and west of
Niagara Lam in vicinity of Public Works building.
Q Q' 2 A site in thevicinity of Greenwood Elementary School.
h 3 A site south of County Road 47 in the vicinity of Pineview Lane, east of 494.

Council meeting. Upon Completion of survey.Council will attowgt to greet with the
Paries and Recreation Advisory Commission to discuss the results..
