The Capital Imorovementt Program is one way of planning; for the, future by being reactive to meds. Manager Willis indicated that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission memos to work on the Parks CIP alement in the Spring - Summer.. Mayor Hunt recaped the development and usages of the Paries Aadicatlon Fund.. The Council:Momibers stated that, they would prefer to acquire 14nd through the Parts Dedication fund and to develop, sites with a referendum. Council recowwandad that the Parts and Recreation Advisory Commission consider Q10 several sites as acquisition priorities. 1) A site -near Minneapolis Workhouse property north of County Road 6 and west of Niagara Lam in vicinity of Public Works building.
