The special meeting of the Plymuth Park and Recreation Advisory Commission was
called to order by Chairman Dict: l-illiar:Ns at 7;40 pm in the Council Chambers of
the City of Plymouth.
MEMBERS PRESENT; Mary Getten, James Guddal', Dorothy Terry, Chairman ldI lams and
Director Jon Born.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Alan Brass, Barb Edwards, James Rice, Bob Troemel and Betty
Threinen..
Being no quorum present, the members in attendance discussed the: cash -in -lieu topic
and generally supported the Director's reco11mandation.
Formal discussion with a recown?endation will be forthcoming from the May 4, 1978
