ORDINANCE NO. 2011-32
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 3155 EMPIRE LANE AND
3050 FERNBROOK LANE (2011091 Et 2011092)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from O (office) to C-3 (highway commercial) with respect to the roughly three
acres of property legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Town and Country Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Freeway Center 3'd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on December 13, 2011.
