ORDINANCE NO. 2011-30
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING PARK FACILITIES FEES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1016- Subd. 4 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended as follows:
Subd. 4. Plymouth Ice Center.
(a) Winter Time (Sept. -March) $480-$190 per hour (includes $5 surcharge)
(b) Summer Time (April -August) $x$175 per hour (includes $ 5 surcharge)
Rentals need to be made five days in advance to facilitate staffing, and the Wayzata and Robbinsdale
School Districts would not be charged the $5 per hour surcharge.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective April 1, 2012.
