AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND THE PLYMOUTH
CROSSROADS STATION PUD, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF HIGHWAY SS
BETWEEN COTTONWOOD LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 73 (201 1014)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 21655.39 of the Plymouth City Code (PUD, PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT—PLYMOUTH CROSSROADS STATION PUD) is amended as
follows:
21655.39 PLYMOUTH CROSSROADS ST-ArTIBN CON MONS PUD:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as referenced
in Resolution 2004-2011-294on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
51221 2011014.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the P13gnei th Crossroads Statim
Commons PUD plans received by the City on April 11, 2006, June 21, 2011, except as may be
amended by City Council Resolution -40064-94 2011-294, on file in the Office of the Zoning
Administrator under File 20051212011014.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The uses permitted in this PUD shall include any
permitted, accessory, conditional, or interim uses allowed in the C-2 (neighborhood commercial)
zoning district, as well as a 90 -unit senior housingfy consisting of assisted living, and
memory care) on Lot 1. Block 1, and a free-standing fast food restaurant fi �an
buil Iing with drive-through service on Lot 1, Block 2, as shown on the appr-eved-revised PUD
general plan received by the City on June 21, 2011.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on
the approved PUD General Plans, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution -2006-
4-94 2011-294_, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File"'�T 2011014.

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
