HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2011-27CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2011-27 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 14920 27TH AVENUE NORTH (2011056) THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from I-2 (general industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for property legally described as follows: Lot 8, Block 2, Circle Star business Center 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add Section 21655.55 — Rational Energies HC Inc. PUD, as follows: 21655.55 RATIONAL ENERGIES HC INC.: Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as follows: Lot 8, Block 2, Circle Star business Center 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Rational Energies HC Inc. PUD plans received by the City on July 14, 2011 and August 5, 2011, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2011-285, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011056. Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses are any permitted, interim or accessory uses allowed in the I-2 district and oil manufacturing as a principal use. All of the uses listed above shall be considered "permitted" in the PUD, provided they comply with all the development standards and conditions approved by City Council Resolution 2011- 285, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011056. Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2011-285, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011056. Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
