ORDINANCE N0. 2011-25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY ROUGHLY 5.6 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED
IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND 1-494, AND TO
ESTABLISH A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (201 1037)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from C-4 (community commercial) to PUD (planned unit development) with respect
to the property legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Powells Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
FEWER
Lot 1, Block 1, Amoco Oil Company 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended to add section 21655.52 — Cornerstone Auto PUD, as
follows:
21655.52 CORNERSTONE AUTO PUD
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is legally described as Lot 1, Block 1,
Powells Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and Lot 1, Block 1, Amoco Oil Company 2nd
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Cornerstone Auto PUD plans
received by the City on June 8, 2011, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution
2011-258, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011037.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The uses allowed in this PUD shall include all permitted,
accessory, conditional, interim, and administrative uses in the C-4 (community commercial)
district, together with an automobile dealership.

Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on
the approved PUD general plan, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2011-
258, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011037.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage.
