HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2011-21CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE N0. 2011-21 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XIII OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING TRAFFIC CONTROL OFFICERS THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1305.02, Subd. 1 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to provide: Subd. 1. Traffic Officers Defined. For purposes of Subsections 1305.01, 1305.02 and 1305.03, "traffic officer" means: the following persons employed by the City of Plymouth: Aa reserve officer, as defined by Minnesota Statute Section 626.84, Subd. 1(e), as amended, at times and locations approved by the Plymouth Police Chief. (b)or Aa community service officer, at times and locations approved by the Plymouth Police Chief. �) A retired Plymouth police officer, licensed as a police officer by the Peace Officer Standards and Training Board, at times and locations approved by the Plymouth Police Chief. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon enactment.
