ORDINANCE NO. 2011-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 2800 FERNBROOK LANE (201 1033)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of CityCCode. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from O (office) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for property legally described
as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Industrial Park 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add
Section 21655.53 — Summit Dance Shoppe PUD, as follows:
21655.49 SUMMIT DANCE SHOPPE:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Industrial Park 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Summit Dance Shoppe PUD
plans received by the City on June 6, 2011 and June 24, 2011, except as may be amended by City
Council Resolution 2011-225, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
2011033.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses are any permitted, interim or
accessory uses allowed in the O district and a dance studio as a principal use.
All of the uses listed above shall be considered "permitted" in the PUD, provided they comply
with all the development standards and conditions approved by City Council Resolution 2011-
225, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011033.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on
the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2011-225, on file in the Office of the
Zoning Administrator under File 2011033.

Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
