AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 330 of the City Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 330 — Special Assessments
After adoption by the Council of an assessment roll in any local improvement proceedings, the
owner of any property specially assessed in the proceeding may, within 30 days ar*;rby October 31 of the
year the Council adopts the assessment, pay to the City the entire assessment amount or any part thereof,
but not less than $100. The remaining unpaid balance shall be spread over the period of time established
by the Council for installment payment of the assessment.
Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
