ORDINANCE NO. 2011-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING PARK REGULATIONS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 805.01, 12, Subd,. 12 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended as follows:
Subd. 12. Model Rockets. Gas -powered Mmodel rockets and gas -powered aircraft may only be used in
City parks with the permission of the Parks and Recreation Department at authorized times and locations. All
debris must be properly disposed of following firing of the model rocket. (Ord. 2006-17, 6/2712006)
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 14th day of June, 2011.
