RESOLUTION No. 2015-051
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OLIVE LANE PARK AND RIDE
AGREEMENT WITH MESSIAH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services through the Plymouth Metrolink; and
WHEREAS, part of these services include a robust service to support riders traveling Downtown; and
WHEREAS, the City has leased parking space from Messiah United Methodist Church since 2010; and
WHEREAS, this facility has been heavily used and is routinely at and over capacity; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Plymouth approves the second
amendment to the Olive Lane Park and Ride Agreement with Messiah United Methodist Church for a one year
term at a rate of $15,300.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of February, 2015.
