HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2011-09CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2011-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 9805 AND 9855 HIGHWAY 55 (2010086) THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from RMF -4 (multiple family 4) to PUD (planned unit development) for property described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Homestead Village Incorporated, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Section 2. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add Section 21655.52 —169 & 55 Apartments, as follows: 21655.52 169 & 55 Apartments: Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Homestead Village Incorporated, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the plans received by the city on October 19 and 26, 2010, December 10, 2010 and January 21, 2011, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2011-126, on file in the office of the zoning administrator under file 2010086. Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses are any uses allowed in the RMF -5 (multiple family 5) zoning district. The RMF -5 uses listed as permitted or assessory shall be considered "permitted" in the PUD and the RMF -5 uses listed as conditional uses or uses allowed by administrative permit shall be considered "conditional" and "administrative" uses in the PUD, provided all such uses comply with specified development standards and conditions, and as approved by City Council Resolution 2011-126, on file in the office of the zoning administrator under file 2010086. Development standards shall be as indicated on the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2011-126, on file in the office of the zoning administrator under file 2010086. Section 3.
