ORDINANCE NO. 2011-03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 2370 FERNBROOK LANE (2010097)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from O (office) to I-2 (general industrial) for property legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Industrial Park 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
