ORDINANCE NO. 2006-26
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS PUD
(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) BY ADDING SECTION 21655.40 TO
CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE (2006030)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add
Section 21655.40 — PUD 81-1 (NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS): Amendment for
CSM Equities, LLC for Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 4th Addition, as
follows:
21655.40 PUD 81-1 (NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS): AMENDMENT
FOR CSM EQUITIES, LLC FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, NORTHWEST BUSINESS
CAMPUS 4TH ADDITION:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. The property affected by this PUD amendment
is currently legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 4th Addition, except that part
lying Southeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point in
the Southwesterly line of said Lot 1 distant 10 feet Northwesterly of the most
Southerly corner thereof; thence run Northeasterly to a point on the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 1 distant 53.79 feet Northeasterly of said most
Southerly corner as measured along Southeasterly line and there terminating.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the PUD General Plan
Amendment plans received by the City from CSM Equities, LLC on August 11, 2006,
except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2006-386, on file in the Office of
the Zoning Administrator under File 2006030.

Subd. 3. Allowable Uses: Lot 1 — all permitted, accessory, conditional, or
interim uses allowed in the C-2 and C-3 districts; and Lot 2 — hotel, including an
extended stay hotel.
Subd.4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as
indicated on the approved plans received by the City on August 11, 2006, except as may
be amended by City Council Resolution 2006-385, on file in the Office of the Zoning
Administrator under File 2006030.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon
its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on October 10, 2006.
