AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND PRESENTLY ADDRESSED AS 14860 COUNTY
ROAD 47 (2006057)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cijy Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-2 (Single Family Detached 2)
with respect to roughly 5.2 acres, legally described as follows:
The North 353.87 feet of that part of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying North of the
centerline of County Road 47, except the West 675.10 feet thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 12, 2006.
