AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 4640 HOLLY LANE NORTH

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ci1y Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-1 (Single Family Detached 1)
with respect to the 1.52 -acre parcel located at 4640 Holly Lane North, presently legally described
as follows:
The north 520 feet of the south 1036.5 feet of the west 160 feet of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 118, Range 22, except road.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on August 22, 2006.
