RESOLUTION No. 2015-043
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
WINE AND 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
KRELCO LLC,D/B/A UNCLE FRANKY'S,
10160 6TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor Licenses from Krelco
LLC, d/b/a Uncle Franky's, 10160 6th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor License applications from Krelco LLC, d/b/a
Uncle Franky's, 10160 6th Avenue North are hereby approved.
APPROVED this 10th day of February, 2015.
