HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2006-03CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2006-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS X AND XI OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING LICENSE FEES AND MASSAGE THERAPY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1015.21 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as follows: 1015.21 Other Permit Fees and Charges. Reinspection fees assessed for each $50.00 per hou12 inspection or reinspection when such portion of work for which inspection is called is not complete or when corrections called for are not made. Reinspection fees may be assessed when the inspection record card is not posted or otherwise available on the work site, the approved plans are not readily available to the inspector, for failure to provide access on the date for which inspection is requested, or for deviating from plans requiring the approval of the Building Official. 3. Inspections for which no fee is $50.00 per hour2 specifically indicated (minimum charge — one-half hour) 'The fee for a grading permit authorizing additional work to that under a valid permit shall be the difference between the fee paid for the original permit and the fee shown for the entire project. 2 O the total hourly cost to the City, whichever is the greatest. The cost shall include supervision, overhead, equipment, hourly wages and fringe benefits of the employees involved. This cost shall include supervisors, overhead, equipment, hourly wages, and fringe benefits of the employees involved. Bow and Arrow Deer Hunting Permit $10 SECTION 2. Section 1135.15, Subd. 6 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as follows: Location of Practice. Massage may be practiced only by a certified Massage Therapist and only at the following locations: at a Massage Therapy Center licensed pursuant to Section 615 of this code; er at the place of residence of the Massage Therapist; or at an office, business, or institution excluding hotels, motels, and dwellings. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
