RESOLUTION NO. 2015-033
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2015 PAY EQUITY REPORT
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 471, commonly known as the "Pay Equity Law,"
requires that every political subdivision of the State file a pay equity report every third year and the City
of Plymouth is required to file its pay equity report on or before January 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared said report in conformance with the requirements
of the rules and Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 471; and
WHEREAS, said report must be reviewed and approved by the City Council prior to its
submission to the Office of Management and Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
1. Approve the 2015 Pay Equity Report
2. Directs the City Manager to proceed with the submission of the report and all of the
requirements of the statute.
