1. ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff solicited applications from residents who were interested in serving on boards and commissions.
The application deadline was November 7. Attached are the following documents for Council
discussion and consideration:
List of applicants, interview schedule, and vacancies on boards and commissions
Board and commission rosters with vacancies highlighted
Attendance rosters
Resolution Appointing Council Coordinating Representatives
Resolution Appointing Deputy Mayor for 2015
Resolution Appointing Individuals to Boards and Commission
Board and commission applications
If the Council desires, direct staff to prepare staff reports/resolutions appointing individuals to boards
and commissions, Deputy Mayor for 2015, and Council Coordinating Representatives for the December
9, 2014 Council meeting.

ON VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that the following individuals are
appointed to boards and commissions effective February 1, 2015, or sooner upon resignation of the member:
