RESOLUTION No. 2015-017
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR
PURCHASES THAT MAY EXCEED $100,000
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department routinely makes purchases for materials or services that may
individually or cumulatively exceed $100,000; and
WHEREAS, these purchases are included in the 2015 budget as approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the following budgeted items have the potential to result in purchases in excess of
$100,000:
