A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
FLIPPIN DOUGH LLC,D/B/A BROADWAY PIZZA PLYMOUTH,
13705 27TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses
from Flippin Dough LLC, d/b/a Broadway Pizza Plymouth, 13705 27th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses are hereby approved
for Flippin Dough LLC, d/b/a Broadway Pizza Plymouth, 13705 27th Avenue North. The liquor licenses
will be issued for the period January 14, 2015 through January 31, 2015.
APPROVED this 13th day of January, 2015.
