RESOLUTION No. 2015-016
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESPONSIBLE BIDDER EVALUATION POLICY
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy regarding a responsible bidder
evaluation for the City; and
WHEREAS, the proposed revisions are for changes as a result of the new "responsible contractor"
law that was effective January 1, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: the Responsible Bidder Evaluation Policy is amended in total.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 13th day of January, 2015.
