RESOLUTION No. 2015-013
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE
FOR TAYLOR CREEK 3RD ADDITION (2012042)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the site improvement performance agreement dated September
22, 2012, T Creek 3, Inc., developer of Taylor Creek 3rd Addition (2012042), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the streets are accepted for continuous maintenance as of January 13, 2015, subject to
the one-year guarantee by the Developer per Letter of Credit No. 236.
APPROVED this 13th day of January, 2015.
