RESOLUTION No. 2015-011
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" ON
ON THE WEST SIDE OF OLIVE LANE FROM 51 ST AVENUE TO THE CUL-DE-SAC SOUTH
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by all nine adjacent property owners on
Olive Lane from 5111 Avenue to the cul-de-sac south; and
WHEREAS, Olive Lane south of 5111 Avenue is being used as overflow parking while
school is in session; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking on school days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
on the west side of Olive Lane is not needed to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs
on the west side of Olive Lane from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on school days from 5111 Avenue to and
including the cul-de-sac south.
