RESOLUTION No. 2015-002
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
REFUSE HAULER LICENSE
WHEREAS, Curbside Waste has submitted an application for a Refuse Hauler License; and
WHEREAS, issuance of the license is contingent upon the required fees, annual reports,
certificates of insurance, and surety bonds being provided to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTAthat a Refuse Hauler License is hereby approved for Curbside Waste for
the period ending March 31, 2015.
APPROVED this 13th day of January, 2015.
