PRESENT: Mayor Tierney, Councilmembers Anderson, Edson, and Lymangood. Councilmember Helliwell left the meeting at 10:00 a.m. ABSENT: Councilmember Granath STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Johnson, Assistant Manager Lueekert, Community Development Director Hurlburt, City Attorneys Meller and Barnard MOTION was made by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Edson, to close the meeting pursuant to the terms of Minnesota Statutes 471.705, Subd. Id (e) in order to discuss potential and/or pending litigation with the City Attorney. Councilmember Helliwell left the meeting at 10:00 a.m. MOTION was made by Councilmember Edson, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adjourn the meeting at 10:50 a.m. Assistant City Manager
