AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE
THAT TEMPORARILY PROHIBITED DEVELOPMENT
IN A DESIGNATED AREA OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Background. On April 24, 2007, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.
2007-10, an interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting development in a designated area in the
City. On July 24, 2007, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2007-26, amending Ordinance
No. 2007-10.
SECTION 2. Repeal. Ordinance Nos. 2007-10 and 2007- 26 are repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2007, by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota.
