ORDINANCE NO. 2007-29
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND IN THE PLYMOUTH CITY CENTER (2007090)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from CC -R (City Center, Retail) to CC -R & E (City Center, Retail and
Entertainment) with respect to the following described property:
The west 229.9 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition.
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition lying east of the west 229.9 feet
thereof, and the north 30 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition.
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 2nd Addition.
AND
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 6th Addition.
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 4, Plymouth Hills.
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 7th Addition.
Lot 7, Block 5, Plymouth Hills.

Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from CC -OT (City Center, Office/Technical) to CC -OT & R (City Center,
Office/Technical and Retail) with respect to the following described property:
Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition.
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Plymouth Hills.
AND
That part of Lot 4, Block 2, Plymouth Hills, according the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying easterly, northerly and easterly of the following
described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 4, thence on an assumed
bearing of north 89 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds west, along the north line of said Lot
4, a distance of 253.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
south 00 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 185.00 feet; thence south 89
degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 20.00 feet; thence south 00 degrees 34
minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 160.00 feet to the south line of Lot 4, and said line
there terminating.
Lot 3, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 6`h Addition.
Section 3. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from CC -R (City Center, Retail) to CC -OT & R (City Center, Office/Technical and
Retail) with respect to the following described property:
That part of Lot 4, Block 2, Plymouth Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly, southerly and westerly of the following
described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence on an assumed
bearing of North 89 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds west, along the north line of said Lot
4, a distance of 253.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
south 00 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 185.00 feet; thence south 89
degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 20.00 feet; thence south 00 degrees 34
minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 160.00 feet to the south line of Lot 4, and said line
there terminating.

Section 4. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from CC -RE (City Center, Retail/Entertainment) to CC -R & E (City Center, Retail
& Entertainment) with respect to the following described property:
Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 1, Plymouth Marketplace.
AND
Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 6th Addition.

That part of the west 491.93 feet of the south half of northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
northerly of State Highway No. 55.
AND
All of Lot 2, Block 5, Plymouth Hills.
Section 5. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on November 13, 2007.
