The definition of "Designated Area" in Section 1 of Ordinance No 2007-10 is amended to read as follows: "Designated Area" means the area bounded by Vicksburg Lane on the west, Rockford Road on the north, Plymouth Boulevard on the east and Highway 55 on the south, except lot 3 Block 2 Plymouth Hills, all property zoned CC, City Center. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its Passage and shall remain in effect until the repeal of Ordinance No. 2007 -10 or April 23, 2008, '. whichever occurs first.
