RESOLUTION No. 2014-398
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT N0. 06915
AT TH 55 AND FERNBROOK LANE
STATE PROJECT N0. 2723-123 (TH 55=188)
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth desires to enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 06915 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the
Traffic Control Signal construction and other associated construction to be performed upon,
along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 55 at Fernbrook Lane N within the corporate City
limits of Plymouth under State Project No. 2723-123.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement and any
amendments to the Agreement.
