RESOLUTION No. 2014-372
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH SOUTHWEST
TRANSIT FOR TRANSIT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth operates the Plymouth Metrolink Transit Service; and
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City reviews service provision to ensure the efficient and
effective delivery of said services; and
WHEREAS, the City has entered into a month-to-month agreement with SouthWest Transit to
provide day-to-day management and operational supervision of the service; and
WHEREAS, based on the recent success of the service, staff has negotiated an contract for these
consulting services for 2015 at a rate of $10,000 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Contract for Transit Management Consulting Services with SouthWest Transit is hereby
approved.
