RESOLUTION No. 2014-362
A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2015 TARGET AND TRAP SHOOT LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH GUN CLUB
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Gun Club has submitted an application for a target and trap shoot license
for the premises at 4955 Holly Lane; and
WHEREAS, all license fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that a target and trap shoot license is hereby approved for the Plymouth Gun Club, 4955 Holly
Lane, for the period January 1 -December 31, 2015.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff will notify the Plymouth Gun Club that any future license will be
contingent on update and review of the lead decontamination mitigation plan.
APPROVED this 9th day of December, 2014.
