RESOLUTION No. 2014-355
ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
MANN THEATRES, INC.,D/B/A PLYMOUTH CINEMA 12,
3400 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses
from Mann Theatres, Inc., d/b/a Plymouth Cinema 12, 3400 Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses are hereby approved
for Mann Theatres, Inc., d/b/a Plymouth Cinema 12, 3400 Vicksburg Lane. The liquor licenses will be
issued for the period November 1, 2014 through January 31, 2015.
